Strong IPTV track record will add to Management Team

Paris, France, April 20th 2010. Netgem (, a leading provider of IPTV technology and applications to telecom operators worldwide, today announced the appointment of Yann Courqueux as Chief Marketing Officer.

Yann Courqueux will be responsible for Netgem’s global marketing and communications and will report to Christophe Aulnette, Managing Director.

Yann joins Netgem after more than 15 years of international, sales, marketing and management experience within the Thomson Group. Most recently, Yann has been involved in strategic planning for Thomson’s IPTV and MobileTV operations while also managing partnership development, marketing and responses to international tenders. One of his key missions was to pre-package solutions for innovative and fast-to-market deployments.

For the past 18 months, Netgem has undertaken a rapid plan of expansion delivering IPTV solutions for telecom and cable operators around the world. Netgem has announced over the last months a number of new customers such as Elisa in Finland, Monaco Telecom, Spec-Com for Algeria Telecom, Telstra in Australia, Melita in Malta.
