Eutelsat launched a campaign to satellite Ka-Sat

French satellite operator Eutelsat has today launched a campaign for its new satellite Ka-Sat . The satellite is scheduled for launch by the ILS Proton rocket carrying Breeze M from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
The launch is scheduled for the night of 26 to 27 December 2010 (21:51 GMT, 22:51 CET on 26 December, 2010, 3:51 pm Baikonur time on December 27). Separation of the satellite from the rocket will be approximately 9 hours and 12 minutes after launch.
Joint training at Baikonur was carried out in collaboration ILS Khrunichev, Eutelsat and Astrium, 20 November with a view to bring satellite December 20, 2010. The launch was postponed after the results of the Russian State Commission on May 12, 2010 GLONASS mission.
