Croatian DTH platform takes off
The Croatian DTH platform B.net Total TV has seen its subscriber figure grow by nearly 50% in just two months.
MPortal reports that the platform currently has 9,780 customers, as opposed to around 6,500 at the beginning of December.
Given that it is gaining between 1,500 and 1,750 a month, the total could reach between 25,000 and 30,000 by the end of the year.
The figures were provided to installers at a conference organised by B.net, Croatia’s leading cable operator.
Austria’s BEWAG Group, the owner of B.net, acquired Total TV from the investment fund Mid Europa Partners (MEP) on December 1 last year.
B.net Total TV is distributed via Eutelsat at 16 degrees East and employs VideoGuard conditional access.
