AFP videos spanning politics, fashion, sports, entertainment, health and technology are now available on the video search engine blinkx.com.
This follows the signing of an agreement between the two parties for global news coverage in various categories and quality footage.
The French news agency will offer full HD coverage and has expanded its video-production network to over 90 units operating around the world, producing 150 new videos per day into seven languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Arabic and Polish).
"Our partnership with AFP further strengthens and expands our news coverage from the world's most respected news organizations," writes Suranga Chandratillake, founder and CEO of blinkx in a statement.
