CME president and CEO Adrian Sarbu has sold 50,000 shares in the company for $1.1 million (€781,300).
According to E15, the transaction, which was undertaken between May 19-23, valued each share in CME at $22.29.
Sarbu, which also sold shares in CME two months ago and in 2010, still holds 2.552 million shares directly or indirectly in CME.
CME is a vertically integrated media company with interests in six Central and East European countries.
