Time of crisis times can make companies take radical steps to survive: Spanish media groups Vocento have join forces to create a new company top manage advertising across their channels.

What this means is that Intereconomía TV and Vocento's Net TV channels will have their ads run by a new company called Roi Media.
The move comes after Grupo Intereconomía announced the end of its advertising agreement with laSexta's Publiseis only six months of having worked together. Before this Intereconomía had another agreement with Mediaset España's advertising company Publiespaña to sell its advertising spaces but had to break this agreement due to the requirements of the Competition National Commission (CNC) in relation to the merger of Telecinco and Sogecable's Cuatro.
Unidad Editorial's Veo TV has also entered into a new partnership after having concluding its agreement with Antena 3 Advertising. The chosen company is Pulsa Media Consulting which specialises in commercialising thematic channels such as Sony's AXN, News Corp.'s Fox or Discovery.
