Financial investor Providence has sold its remaining 22% stake in Kabel Deutschland. With the move, 100% of the shares in Germany's largest cable operator are now in free float on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

Luxembourg-based Providence subsidiary Cable Holding sold its around 20 million shares for 41.10 each to international institutional investors.

Providence floated Kabel Deutschland on the stock exchange in March 2010 and has gradually reduced its stake since then.
