Danish commercial channel DK4 is to leave the Canal Digital satellite platform on August 3. A message on the DK4 website puts the departure down to a “conflict” in what is likely to be a disagreement over carriage fees.

The channel is continuing on YouSee, TDC/YouSee, Stofa and Boxer.

DK4 broadcasts a mix of music, culture, philosophy, literature, travel, camping, hunting, history, health, politics, speedway, basketball and general entertainment. 95% of its output is in the Danish language.
