Subscribers to the Lithuanian IPTV service Interactive Gala TV will from the beginning of next month be able to receive over 50 channels, along with over 700 movies, concerts and show clips on an on demand basis, for a flat monthly fee of LTL39.90 (Ä11.40).
At the same time, the cost of receiving its sister (DTT) service Gala TV will be set at LTL29.90 a month.
Both services are operated by the TeliaSonera-backed incumbent telco TEO LT and have introduced the price changes in response to amendments to the Public Information Act that came into effect on July 1.
They reflect rises in carriage fees paid to foreign channels and TEO LTís desire to continue offering its subscribers the most popular TV services.
