Online TV network FilmOn.com has scored a deal to bring archived Premier League matches to the Football Anytime Premier League channel.
Said to be the world's first premium Internet football channel, FilmOn's Internet TV football channel, Football Anytime has licensed from Premier League agent IMG Media both classic matches and specially produced archive programming.
Football Anytime will feature the best of Premier League Archive football including footage involving Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Aston Villa, Sunderland, Newcastle United, Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Wigan Athletic and also Manchester United.
FilmOn has recently agreed on a number major content deals from the world of football, promising to bring live and post live international matches to its FilmOn delivery platform. Content is streamed to TVs, mobile devices, computers, set top boxes and IP-enabled connected TVs.
"We are very excited about adding Premier League Archive content to our Football Anytime line-up," said FilmOn founder and CEO Alki David.
