UPC Austria starts to sell Sky

Starting Monday, October 3, UPC customers in Vienna, Graz and Klagenfurt can subscribe to premium packages within Sky Deutschland’s Austrian bouquets.

Initially, Sky Österreich will be available to the digital UPC subscribers in the three cities, representing 280,000 digital households out of the total of 520,000 connected homes in these areas.
As a special introductory offer, the Sky premium bouquets Film, Sport and Bundesliga football will be available for €16.90 a month for the first three months, after which the regular €26.90 fee will be payable.
In total there will be 24 new channels available for UPC customers. Sky Film comprises Sky Cinema, Sky Cinema +1, Sky Cinema +24, Sky Action, Sky Comedy, Sky Emotion, Sky Nostalgie, Sky Cinema Hits and Disney Cinemagic.
Sky Sport offers Sky Sport 1, Sky Sport 2 and Sky Sport Austria and Sky Fußball Bundesliga matches from the German Bundesliga.
Sky HD channels are Sky Cinema HD, Sky Cinema Hits HD, Cinemagic HD, Sky Sport HD1, Sky Sport HD2, Sky Sport HD extra, Sky Sport News HD (launching this winter).
All UPC customers also receive, regardless of the Sky package they buy, the Sky bonus bouquet with Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior and Sky Sport News SD.
