Spanish private audiovisual group Grupo Antena 3 is continuing its expansion throughout Europe, with the group’s international channel Antena 3 Internacional now present in Switzerland.

This expansion has been enabled through an agreement with the national pay-TV platform Netbox, which has recently launched Netdream. Netbox gathers TV, Internet and traditional telephony offerings from nine Swiss operators that merged to offer more than 200 TV channels. The package has Swiss, German, English, and Italian channels, and now the Spanish channel Antena 3 too.

Switzerland is the second European country to have the international version of Grupo Antena 3. The channel has been broadcasting in France since last summer through the La TV d'Orange pay-TV operator which is owned by France’s largest telco France Télécom.

Antena 3 International broadcasts 24-hours-a-day on satellite TV and reaches Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, the US, Mexico, Peru and most of the rest of Latin America.
