Hong Kong's Cable TV kicks off Premier League Pay-Per-Day service
Louise Duffy ©RapidTVNews | 09-11-2011 Hong Kong Cable Television (Cable TV) is launching a Barclays Premier League Pay-Per-Day service, allowing viewers to watch live matches and other related programmes on days of their choice.
Customers subscribing to the Pay-Per-Day service will be able to watch up to three Premier League live matches and other ancillary and highlight programmes in SD format at $30 per day from Hong Kong time 6pm to 6am the following morning on their selected days.
Vincent Cheung, senior vice-president of subscription services at Cable TV, said: "The new service is the latest addition to our existing line of monthly Premier League offerings aimed at giving customers more choice and better meeting their respective interests and needs."
The Pay-Per-Day service starts on 19 November, with Norwich v Arsenal and Manchester City v Newcastle. The following day it will feature Chelsea v Liverpool and Swansea v Manchester United, and on 22 November it will show Tottenham Hotspur v Aston Villa.
