Legal eagle eyes up multiscreen content opportunity

One of the UK’s leading media law firms Wiggin has joined forces with multi-screen content strategy and rights acquisition consultancy Content & Co, to create a new resource for businesses looking to launch multiscreen video services.
The boutique law firm specialises in working with clients operating in or across the film, TV, broadcast and digital media industries and current clients include the BBC Worldwide, Bauer, BT, Channel 4, Columbia Pictures, Discovery, Disney, Endemol, FACT, Fox, HBO, ITV, UEFA, UKTV, Virgin Media and Warner Bros.
The new collaboration is designed to help films operating across the content supply chain, including both content owners and new platform providers, in order to give them giving them access to the skills they need to build their businesses and expand their presence in what it believes is a complex digital media market.

Content & Co was recently established by Hugh Williams and Mark Bradford, two senior media executives with extensive experience in the field of launching and developing digital entertainment businesses.
