Elizabeth (Cameron Diaz) is a teacher who just doesn't give an F. When she gets dumped by her fiancé, she connives to win over a rich, handsome substitute teacher (Justin Timberlake) - but has to compete with an overly energetic colleague, Amy (Lucy Punch), for his affections.
