Orange and Dailymotion launch 3D channel

Video sharing platform Dailomtion and French telco Orange have inked a deal regarding the launch of a 3D content offer available on a number of platforms including mobile.
This 3D channel was unveiled at the recent Web 11 event and will be accessible at It will be available for use with 3D glasses including 3D compatible computers.
Orange is making most of the 3D programmes which can already be viewed as part of its 3D TV and VOD offer available to web users. This includes Mag3D, a 26-minute monthly magazine programme launched on November 28th along with documentaries, film, and music.
The content available on this 3D-dedicated channel will be enhanced over time and will expand to mobiles as of February 2012.
