Portugal's official telecommunications association ANACOM has continued with its DTT campaign through which it is guiding the country’s population from analogue to digital terrestrial television.
The country's DTT implementation contemplates the four national free-to-air channels and will be initially rolled out from 12 January along the part of the country's coast line called the Portugal Continental region.
ANACOM is also informing the country's citizens of the next analogue switch off of the transmitters and broadcasters from 26 April and its conversion to digital transmissions.
