Prisa launches 1.6 million shares

Spain's leading media group Prisa TV's Prisa has launched 1.6 million shares to the Stock Exchange.
These shares have been admitted to trading on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, according to a company statement made relevant to the Shares Market National Commission (CNMV).
The new class A common stock are the result of exercise of the conversion of Class B non-voting shares issued by Prisa on the occasion of the capital increase approved at the Annual General Meeting November 2010.
Holders of warrants (call options and selling shares) of Prisa may exercise their rights for 30 monthly windows (to June 2014), at an exercise price in all of 2 euros per share.
