Ravens, Niners are so close they can taste it; Super Bowl talk

They came within a hair's breadth of the Super Bowl, but like 28 other NFL teams, the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers came up short in the end. What changes must the two clubs make to get to the promised land in 2012? Elliot Harrison looks into it in his ongoing series of exit interviews.
