German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will transmit a game of Austria's domestic football league in 3D for the first time. On 18 February at 18.00 CET the match between SK Rapid Wien and FK Austria Wien will be shown live in 3D.

All Sky subscribers as well as digital TV customers of Austria's largest cable operator UPC Austria will be able to watch the 3D game at no additional charge. To gain access, UPC customers have to register on the website by 16 February 2012.
The match will be shown in 3D on Sky 3D, in HD on Sky Sport HD Extra and in standard definition on Sky Sport.
Sky already screens one live game in 3D each week from Germany's national football league. For reception viewers need a Sky HD box, a 3D flat-screen TV set and 3D glasses.
