Croatia’s leading cable operator B.net ended 2011 with 143,700 subscribers and an APRU of €27.9.
Of these, 67,100 opted for fixed telephony, 68,600 broadband internet and 132,900 television services.
B.net was acquired last year by Vipnet, a subsidiary of Telekom Austria, for €93 million.
It has a presence in all major population centres including Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Velika Gorica, Zadar and Solin.
Vipnet posted revenues of €106.3 million in Q4 2011, or 0.4% more than a year, and following the acquisition of B.net is transforming itself from a mobile into a complete telecom services provider.
