With consumer demand for video on demand (VOD) content driving an over the top (OTT) and IPTV explosion in Latin America, Grey Juice Lab has consolidated its presence in the region with the opening of a new service hub in Buenos Aires.
Working closely with the company’s offices in Paris and London, the new Buenos Aires service centre is responsible for providing content preparation and delivery services as well as editorial and marketing services and support to Grey Juice Lab’s Latin American customers.
Grey Juice Lab, an expert in non-linear content provision and management, is working with a number of operators including Telecom Argentina, to acquire, package and market IPTV and OTT video services to their consumers. As well as securing the rights for premium catalogues of Hollywood studios and genre content, Grey Juice Lab is working with their management teams to devise a complete IPTV and VOD business strategy and to provide core services such as content rights provisioning, content preparation, asset management, and editorial and marketing services.
"Across much of Latin America, the competition in IPTV and OTT VOD has increased dramatically in the last 12 months with the arrival of strong local and pan-regional players," said Grey Juice Lab CEO, Mihai Crasneanu. "As increased bandwidth and awareness pushes the demand for such services, it becomes crucial for any new or existing player in this field to gain access to premium content in a quick, flexible and sustainable way, along with top quality delivery and management."
