Content for the service will include entertainment channels, cooking shows, sports and live news networks, educational programs and devotional videos. MelaTV will also offer the Mela Movies on-demand service with select packages, and MelaFlix in all of them, which is a movie channel providing Telugu and Tamil films along with hit Bollywood titles.
An entertainment service for Telugu, Tamil and other regional Indian markets, MelaTV is available on numerous platforms including Roku players, iPads, Kindle Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tablet, PC, Mac and other Internet-enabled devices. MelaTV will also offer a full seven-day archiving option for its channels via the cloud-based DVR service, at no extra cost to its subscribers.
