FTV offers Roland-Garros HbbTV coverage

France Télévisions announces is going to use the HbbTV hybrid standard this year again to expand coverage of the Roland-Garros tennis tournament that will start on 29 May 2012.
The French pubcaster’s Roland Garros HbbTV app, dedicated to receiving DTT channels on connected TV, is even set to be more extensive. Besides the live coverage, it will provide real-time statistics of all matches, additional information and pictures of all participants.
Over the two weeks, France Télévisions will offer more than 130 hours of live coverage on all three networks, France 2, France 3 and France 4.
