Talfazat is a premium Arabic internet television network offering 20 top quality channels to the Arabic-American community. In addition, through a partnership with Arabic Radio and Television (ART), the network offers the largest selection of Arabic language television in Canada, featuring 50 popular Arabic TV live channels plus video-on-demand content for Arabic-Canadian families.

Jianbing Duan, CEO of KyLinTV, added: "This is a remarkable opportunity in advancing our goal of global expansion and achieving a position as the world's leading provider of ethnic IPTV programming. We remain heavily focused on our rapidly expanding Chinese network and now the creation of our global ethnic division will only enhance our international reach."
