MTG has signed a number of agreements to extend its exclusive broadcasting rights in the Nordic and Baltic regions for a number of key golf tournaments.

The rights, valid until the end of 2015, are broadcast on Viadat’s premium pay-TV channel Viasat Golf, which is made available through the Viasat satellite platforms in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries and MTG’s third party network offerings in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finkand, as well through Viaplay in the latter countries.

Separately, MTG has acquired a 53% stake in the CEE production group Paprika Latino for an undisclosed fee.

It has also rebranded its Modern Studios business segment MTG Studios.

Paprika Latino has offices in six CEE countries and Costa Rica and is developing a low cost production hub in Serbia.
