France manager Laurent Blanc has called for calm ahead of Tuesday's final Group D match against Sweden.France have impressed so far in the tournament, and will be looking to clinch top spot in the group by bettering England's result against Ukraine.
Blanc was adamant that neither he, nor his squad, would be distracted ahead of the game, which he expects to be a tough test.
"I'm not here to comment on the results of Sweden. I'm here to compose a team that can beat Sweden," he said.
"The pressure must be digested and overcome. By getting a draw in the first game, our third match had to be decisive.
"There was satisfaction after the victory against Ukraine, but we need to refocus. Sweden will play to win, it makes sense. We will prepare for this match and not underestimate this adversary."
The 46-year-old coach has a vital defensive selection decision to make ahead of the game, and he expects the opening exchanges to be pivotal.
"Clichy and Evra are two very good defenders. We cannot play with two left defenders, so we make a choice.
"Our start to the match will be very important tomorrow (Tuesday). Sweden were expecting more this European Championship, it remains very difficult to play this team. Their game is based on physical commitment."
