du inks partnership with the UAE National Olympic Committee

UAE telco du has entered into an official partnership with the UAE National Olympic Committee (NOC) in support of the country’s participation in the London 2012 Olympics.
The joint venture aims to provide UAE nationals and residents with the most up-to-date source of news – chronicling the country’s achievements during the Olympics.
It will result in the creation of an additional section dedicated to the UAE Olympic News within Eurosport Arabia, the web and mobile sports portal geared towards sports fans and developed by du and Eurosport. Eurosport Arabia was launched in 2009, offering sports fans in the Middle East and North African an exclusive digital channel broadcasting the latest sports news.
