Mdiamtrie takes 62 % of MarocMtrie

French media ratings and research institute Mdiamtrie now owns 62% of Moroccos TV audience measurement company MarocMtrie.

Mdiamtrie, which previously bought 34% of MarocMetrie, has now purchased the 28% of shares owned by CSA institute, a subsidiary of Bollor Group. MarocMtrie posted a revenue of 25.4 million dirhams (2.3 million) in 2011.
