Spain's Acceso, a provider of media and social monitoring, is coming to the Americas thanks to an alliance with TVEyes, a search engine for TV and radio. The two will offer Spanish-language TV monitoring in Latin America.
The first countries to be added under this arrangement include Colombia, Peru and Panama. The move will represent a market expansion for TVEyes as well as Acceso.
Acceso will implement TVEyes technology to strengthen its media monitoring platform, expanding its capability beyond print and online media to include real-time alert and historical search of national and regional TV and radio broadcasts.
"The TVEyes media monitoring platform extends Acceso's leadership into real-time TV and radio search, alert and monitoring," said Sergi Guillot, CEO of Acceso, in a statement. "TVEyes' success in the U.S. market, continuous technological innovation, together with the benefits from the newly-incorporated Pervoice audio-to-text technology led Acceso to select TVEyes as an integral part of its total media monitoring solution and planned expansion."
