YahLive to broadcast Tawazon TV in HD

UAE-based satellite broadcasting company YahLive and free-to-air Arabic channel Tawazon TV have announced a long-term partnership for Tawazon TV programmes to be broadcast in high definition (HD) through Yahlive’s satellite service.

The channel, owned by Lootah Television & Advertising, broadcasts a mixture of news, entertainment and speciality programmes, including those that highlight the value of knowledge, work and the rich cultural heritage of Arab nations, communities and their moral and social values, promoting the importance of balancing one’s roots, values and culture with a modern lifestyle. New programmes in HD include the cooking show “Zadkum Moukool,” “Health,” “To Know Each Other,” “Markets, A Doctor’s Visit” and “The Puzzle and Poem & Values.”

The agreement allows YahLive viewers across the Middle East and North Africa to access Tawazon TV, which broadcasts at 52.5°E, while Tawazon TV viewers will be able to watch their regular programmes in HD.
