The French TV regulator to hear candidates for AEF president

The CSA will hear all of the candidates applying to run the Audiovisuel de la France (AEF) holding that controls Radio France, RFI and France 24.
After the interviews, the French TV regulator will advise President François Hollande as to who is the person it judges the most able to preside over AEF and succeed Alain de Pouzilhac who had been pushed out from his position in July 2012.
The names of the candidates already in the battle have not been disclosed but three names are regularly coming back in the press : Franc Melloul, who currently serves as AEF ‘s Strategy Director, Martin Adjari, France Télévisions’ Director of finances and Marc Tessier, former President of the French public service broadcasting (PSB) group.
