    Exclamation CCcam Server Disconnecting Clients

    Hello,

####I am new to this forum so if i am posting in the wrong section please move to correct section ####

I currently have a debain server running cccam version 2.1.4 and have a few friends connected around 15-20max

My problem is that every 20-30 mins sometimes even sooner, all my clients get disconnected from my server.

I am lost and have tried most things like removing a client one by one, and adding them one by one but still have issues.

If anybody can shed some light onto this or if i am doing something wrong and should be using a different OS or version please kindly let me know.

    Regards,
    CableGuy5555

    Re: CCcam Server Disconnecting Clients

I'm not a CCcam fan but
two or three possible reasons for that ( I think)
1 you may may have dyndns problems ( a bit unlikelly..... since your IP will not change every 20-30 min)
2 you have a problem with modem .... it stops redirecting your CCcam port (possible but a bit weird : ) )
3 your lines could be stolen (CCCam does not allow double logins)

    Re: CCcam Server Disconnecting Clients

    Thankyou for the information,

    * The DNS like you said never changes as my IP is static.
    * And i am not too sure about the second issues, ill check and report back.
    * And is there anyway to see if my lines are stolen ?? or being used on another box ect ??

it sounds like its a port blocking issue. check this link to see weather your port is still on or not
