Swiss public broadcaster SRG will continue to show the Champions League on free-to-air television after extending its contract with European football association UEFA until the 2014/15 season.
The agreement of which financial details have not been disclosed also contains the Europa League rights. SRG's regional affiliate stations SRF, RTS, RSI and RTR can screen the matches live via TV, radio, internet and mobile TV.
Each week, SRG can select one Champions League game it wants to broadcast. From Europa League, all matches with Swiss teams and the final game can be shown live. There will also be coverage through previews, highlights, analysis, discussions with studio guests, interviews and summaries.
Swiss pay-TV broadcaster Teleclub shows all Champions League games and the most important Europa league matches live.
