Marie-Christine Saragosse takes on AEF lead

Former TV5Monde MD, Marie-Christine Saragosse has been officially appointed president of AEF, which controls France 24, RFI and its Arabic subsidiary MCD as well as part of TV5Monde.
Saragosse succeeds Alain de Pouzilhac who resigned in July.
At TV5Monde, 49% owned by AEF, whose subsidiary TV5Monde Afrique (10 million households in 48 countries), the new Managing Director will be appointed after 16 October following the agreement of all French shareholders and partners in Switzerland, Belgium and Canada.
