Univision Communications will license digital ad products and services from Internet Broadcasting (IB) for its local U.S. television affiliates.

The agreement encompasses ad creative design and development, ad trafficking services, campaign management, ad products, digital sales training and support for all of UTG's 62 owned-and-operated stations across the United States and Puerto Rico.

"Over the years, IB has developed products and processes that represent best practices for TV stations' digital sales operations," said Elmer Baldwin, CEO and president of IB. "With this agreement, IB will integrate with Univision's internal systems to provide digital sellers with efficient operations and high quality support. We expect UTG and its advertising clients to enjoy the benefits of IB's broad capabilities."

"This partnership will enable our television group to streamline sales operations while enhancing the quality service we provide to clients," said Kevin Cuddihy, president at Univision Television Group. "IB's services and understanding of sophisticated ad-operations processes and software will identify efficiencies across our local footprint and help increase ROI within our business."

Targeted specifically to local media sellers, Internet Broadcasting provides end-to-end advertising operations and services, including SMS for mobile, rich media and video-enabled ads.
