Has anyone got latest hotbird 13 East keys?

No one can point me either to a website or any key updater software? Sorry if I am asking wrong question here.

To get an answer I think you should be more precise.

Also we have a search function here (above on your right) where you can search....

Basically I want either an software to update keys or a website where I can get hotbird's updated keys.
