The Dark Knight Rises (El caballero oscuro: La leyenda renace)

Starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Nestor Carbonell and Matthew Modine.
Eight years ago, Batman (Christian Bale) vanished into the night. He took the blame for the death of Harvey Dent, going from hero to fugitive, sacrificing everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman) hoped was the greater good. Millionaire Bruce Wayne is now keeping a low profile and is in a sick and fragile state, hardly leaving his home. Depressed and empty, it is unclear whether he can recover from his losses. For a while, criminal activity in Gotham City was kept to a minimum due to the anti-crime Dent Act, and it seemed as if Batman had disappeared for good and there was no longer any need for him. However everything begins to change when a cunning cat burglar (Anne Hathaway) with a mysterious agenda arrives on the scene. Things turn for the worse when a terrifying masked terrorist by the name of Bane emerges in Gotham City. He's powerful, ruthless, and has an army that will stop at nothing - it seems like Gotham is doomed to burn to the ground. Batman must return to save Gotham City, however he's not in tip-top shape and the task is much harder than it seems. Can he save the day with the help of Police Detective Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt)? Will he escape capture? Will he have to sacrifice everything for the city he swore to protect?

The Guard (El Irlandes)

Starring Brendan Gleeson, Don Cheadle, Liam Cunningham, Rory Keenan, Mark Strong and Fionnula Flanagan.
Sergeant Gerry Boyle (Brendan Gleeson) is a small-town Irish cop with a confrontational personality and a subversive sense of humor. He has absolutely no interest whatsoever in the international cocaine-smuggling ring that brings straight-laced FBI agent Wendell Everett (Don Cheadle) to his door.

Starring Hugh Dancy, Jonathan Pryce, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Rupert Everett and Felicity Jones.
Mortimer Granville (Hugh Dancy) is a brilliant young doctor in London in the 1880s; he takes modern science as seriously as he does his solemn Hippocratic Oath. Unfortunately, his rigour goes unappreciated by most of his peers. They dismiss Dr. Granville's enthusiasm for what they deem fadish new ideas - ideas such as his "germ theory." And he finds himself bounced from employer to employer. Mortimer is nearly ready to give up on medicine altogether when he meets Dr. Robert Dalrymple (Jonathan Pryce), London's "foremost specialist in women's medicine." That lofty title means that Dalrymple is an expert in "hysteria," a malaise diagnosed so liberally that Dalrymple hypothesizes at least half the city's women are sufferers. To ease these patients' stress, he has developed a form of therapy that involves the careful manual stimulation of a certain female body part. In this period of sexual repression, it never occurs to Dalrymple that these housewives are experiencing something more basic and natural than a mysterious epidemic of insanity: horniness.
