Mark Sanchez retained his starting job after much internal debate within the walls of Florham Park, but coach Rex Ryan could have two choices to replace him if Sanchez struggles against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Ryan has previously stated he wouldn't activate three quarterbacks for a game, but the coach appears to have softened on the idea.

"Certainly it would be a consideration to have three quarterbacks active,?? Ryan said Friday, according to the New York Daily News.

Tim Tebow is the biggest question mark here. He practiced on a limited basis this week and will be a game-time decision. He's officially listed as questionable. Ryan said Friday that Tebow won't act as the team's punt protector against the Jaguars.

If Tebow is healthy enough to play, logic (and the depth chart) dictates that he'll get the call if Sanchez falters. Then again, Ryan has managed to avoid Tebow for the better part of the season. Why would that change now?
