Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs' has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins, according to a team source.
The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year said early this morning his plan was to warm up and see how his torn right biceps felt before the final call was made. The Ravens wanted to see if Suggs could properly protect himself out there. That was likely the deciding factor in being ruled out.

One good sign was that Suggs was carrying a travel bag coming into the stadium with his injured right arm, but seemingly to no avail.

Suggs suffered the torn right biceps last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
