New York City gets Optimum way to better health

Veria Living, the multiplatform media company specialising in showcasing healthy lifestyle and wellness programming, has now launched on Cablevision subsidiary Optimum TV.

With its Veria Living and distribution platforms, the NYC-based privately-held content firm claims to offer the world’s largest line-up of first-run, original programming regarding living a healthy lifestyle. Just after setting up a New York TV production studio, Veria Living believes that by being available across Cablevision’s Optimum TV footprint it will capture a new audience of New York metro area viewers.

A slate of new original programming produced at the midtown Manhattan studios is due to premier in January 2013, featuring what Veria claims will be leading experts from the world of health and wellness.

“The New Year marks a time of renewal and rejuvenation,” claimed Veria Living general manager Paul Cestari. “With the help of Veria Living’s healthy lifestyle programming, Optimum TV’s viewers will embark on their wellness journey backed by a team of experts who will enlighten, educate and keep them entertained along the way.”
