Bishop-Lyons blesses first look development deal with ITV Studios

Racking up another success in the US, ITV Studios America, has entered into a first look development deal with Bishop-Lyons Entertainment.
Building a strong international content business to mitigate declining ad revenues is key to the future strategy of the UK’s leading commercial broadcaster ITV’s strategy and the new deal comes weeks after it took a controlling stake in Gurney Productions.
Established in 2010, the Bishop-Lyons company claims to have developed, produced and partnered with some of the most dynamic companies in non-scripted television, including Fox Television Studios, Left/Right and Triage. ITV Studios America has a growing slate of formats in production with major networks and syndicators, including Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, The First 48, After the First 48, Four Weddings, Four Houses, The Mathis Project, The Bill Cunningham Show, America Now and The Jeremy Kyle Show.
