Venezuela's main media group Organización Cisneros has announced the merger of its mobile division RedMas with Adsmovil, Latin America's main mobile advertising agency.

The new company will operate under the brand Adsmovil and under the management of its founder Alberto Pardo as CEO and Jorge Rincón, RedMas's current CEO, as operations director, according to Todo TV News.

"RedMas's mobile business has been providing avant-garde advertising solutions for the US Hispanic community and also for the LATAM one, allowing our partners to use a combination of interactivity, targeting solutions and mobile alternatives in order to better communicate the fundamental values of the company to its Latin consumers," said Pardo.

Adsmovil's advertising network now includes several important publishers in the LATAM region as well as some of the most popular mobile apps in Latin America and the US, including Univision, Grupos de Diarios America, Grupo OPSA, Telemundo, impreMedia and Azteca America among others.

The deal with Adsmovil gives RedMas a commercial presence in the US, Mexico, Colombia, Brasil, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina and Chile. The company's clients include Disney, Comcast and Toyota.
