Rémy Pflimlin, president of France Télévisions, is to announce a management shake-up in the coming days, creating three super directors to head all PSB group divisions.

Thierry Thuillier, MD in charge of news and TV magazines, Martin Ajdari, MD in charge of finances, and Bruno Patino, MD in charge digital strategy and developments, director France 5, are to be promoted to super managing directors directly linked to Pflimlin.
Martin Ajdari will head all the group's human resources, administration and finances divisions. Thierry Thuillier will supervise the group's news strategy and Bruno Patino will head the group's programming strategy over the five channels (France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5 and France Ô).
The announcement will coincide with the departure of several executives in each of the channels.
France Télévisions wants to give a new guarantee of success to the Government as the group's agreement on objectives for the coming years is being negotiated with the French Ministry of Culture and is due to be signed before the summer. Discussions are currently tense and, besides FTV's financial position, there is debate about France 3's objectives, kids and family offerings, scripted-reality and documentary strategies.
