A+E networks inks film deal with HBO Latin America

Global media content company A+E Networks is saying a big hola to Latin America in the form of a multi-year output deal with HBO’s regional subsidiary to show its Lifetime Original Movies.
A joint venture of Disney-ABC Television Group and Hearst Corporation, A+E Networks’ channels and branded programming claim to reach more than 300 million households in over 150 countries and sealing a deal in the growing LatAm region will be key to expansion.
As part of the new agreement, HBO Latin America and A&E Ole Communications have acquired several titles, including Liz & Dick, starring Lindsay Lohan; She Made Them Do It, starring Jenna Dewan Tatum; Chris Bohjalian’s Secrets of Eden, starring John Stamos; Fatal Honeymoon, starring Harvey Keitel; An Officer and a Murderer, Killer Among Us, and Abducted: The Carlina White Story.
