NAB 2013: Envivio adds Adobe Primetime support

Among displaying technologies encompassing multiscreen, HEVC and future Ultra HD solutions, Envivio has announced NAB integration with the Adobe Primetime video publishing and monetisation platform.
The two companies already have a technology partnership where the Envivio Halo network media processor can perform live packaging of content in the Adobe HTTP Dynamic Streaming (HDS) format, encrypted with Adobe Primetime DRM to monetise a high quality TV-like viewing experience across connected devices.
With Adobe Primetime, Envivio says that its encoding and video processing systems can deliver and Primetime integrates Adobe's video publishing, player, DRM, advertising and analytics solutions and its interoperable components can be deployed individually to fit specific infrastructure needs, or as a full solution to handle the entire workflow.

"Adobe Primetime is a comprehensive offering for multiscreen video delivery, and Envivio's software-based products are fully integrated with it to enable these services."
