Digital TV in Europe: The answers, solutions, ideas

In what is promised to be a 'stellar’ tenth edition, Comunicare Digitale is presenting the European Digital Forum in the picturesque setting of the Palazzo Ducale in Lucca, Italy on 7 June 2013.

The organisers assure that the event will not only celebrate the milestone of its decade but will also look back to the 10 years that it has shared with leading companies, professionals, guests and delegates from broadcast leaders in Europe and worldwide.
More importantly it will focus on the issues that will affect the broadcast industry in the near to mid-future with key topics including 4K video, high definition and, proving that has not yet had the Last Rites read to it, 3DTV. It will also look at the challenge of new media content from both satellite and over the top (OTT) services.
Over the years the forum has attracted visitors such as Lia Sartori, President of the Commission to the European Parliament ITRE; Silvia Costa, Europe Rapporteur Media to the EP; Fabio Colasanti, President of the International Institute of Communications; plus delegates from companies such as RAI, Discovery Networks, YouTube, Google, Eutelsat, DTG Group UK, MPEG, Primaonline, Samsung, LG and Ericsson.
Comunicare Digitale is the association for consulting expertise and leading practices in Italy and Europe on digital TV and technologies whose remit covers DVB-S2, DVB-T2, DVB-SH, DTT, OTT, IPTV broadcast and 3DTV.
