Olympusat, a provider of Spanish-language television networks, is planning to leverage this year's Dominican Day Parade in New York City to promote its Spanish-language networks, which are available exclusively on Verizon FiOS in the continental United States.

The company will showcase its owned and operated, round-the-clock in-language HD music video channel Ultra Fiesta, as well as the additional Ultra HD Network bundle, featuring networks such as Ultra Cine, Ultra Mex, Ultra Kidz and Ultra Luna.

The Olympusat Ultra HD Plex float will feature top artists and performances by the self-styled 'President of Merengue' (and the recently crowned Prince of the Dominican Day Parade), Raul Acosta and his popular band Oro Solido. The float will include tropical pop sensation and the former voice of Diego from Nickelodeon's hit show "Go Diego Go!," Matt Hunter.

The Dominican Day Parade is an all-day event, and will be held on Sunday 11 August in New York City, with the event starting on 6th Ave.
