Magine, the online pay-TV platform which recently launched in beta in Spain, has added two new channels to its line-up: Chello Multicanal's Sol Música and Historia.
The official launch is set for autumn, but the beta version of Magine has been operating in Spain since the beginning of the summer. The online platform already has 14 channels on its schedule, and these are available on the Internet from PCs and through an iOS app.
Sol Música is the first music channel on Magine, which has a schedule offering entertainment shows, series and films. Documentaries are also an important part of Magine's programming, which is why the Historia channel has also been added to the offer.
Canal Cocina, Canal Hollywood, Canal DeCasa, Odisea and Canal Panda (all of them produced or distributed by Chello), plus Nickelodeon, Paramount Comedy, Paramount Channel, Viajar, NatGeo Wild, National Geographic and MTV, make up the rest of Magine's beta offering.
In a few weeks, the commercial version will be launched in Spain after an initial investment of nearly €10 million, and it will also launch in Germany.
