Premium OTT and TV everywhere services provider Xstream is to use IBC 2013 to unveil version 7 of its MediaMaker video management system, with enhanced monetisation among the key enhancements.
MediaMaker comprises a customised video management system that covers the entire value chain allowing users to ingest, manage, monetise, encrypt, encode and deliver OTT and TV everywhere services.
Version 7 features what is described as a an improved live module for easier monetisation and delivery of flow TV and live events and also offers an in-built Shop & Payment module with multi-language and multi-currency support. Other features include a new administration user interface designed to enhance the systemís usability and transparency; a next-generation ingest module; usage stats for increased transparency and usage control and management; a new player configuration module supporting HTML5 and Flash.
